As the end of the year approaches, we say a sincere “thank you” to everyone who has made a concerted effort to assist with the safe drop-off and pickup of their children at the upper school during this full year of construction. As you can see, steady progress is being made, and we’ll have a full update on the fall plan before school starts in August.
In the meantime, AP exam weeks are upon us, and we want to give you some key points to remember for those two weeks.

The roundabout drop-off will open at 7 a.m. each day during AP exams, Monday, May 1 through Friday, May 12.
•
The a.m. and p.m. bus schedules between Blackford and Saratoga will not change – parents are responsible for their child’s 7:30 a.m. arrival for morning AP registration.
•
For those students who wish to park at Blackford, we will have a midday shuttle available leaving Blackford at 11:45 a.m. to ensure arrival before the 12 p.m. registration for afternoon AP exams.
•
For those same students, we will have shuttles ready to transport students from Saratoga to Blackford between 4-4:15 p.m., following the completion of their afternoon AP exams.
•
Parents coming to campus midday to pick up children who took a morning AP exam but are leaving campus for the remainder of the day should make certain their children are ready and waiting for them; we cannot allow a long waiting line to inhibit parents dropping off students for the afternoon AP exams.

We hope you find this information helpful. It has been passed along to the students as well.
Sincerely,
Greg Lawson
