Event is this Saturday - registration now open!
PARKING: Parking on the Saratoga campus is restricted to event personnel only. Please park at the Blackford campus. Shuttles will run regularly starting at 7:30 am from the Blackford campus and drop you off right at registration.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS AT HOME: For security purposes, please print your ticket at home and bring it to the event.

HELP US STAY GREEN! In an effort to minimize disposable waste, please bring your reusable water bottle or travel mug.

REGISTRATION: Once on campus, please proceed to the registration area in the back loading zone between Main Building and the Dance Room (starting at 7:30 a.m.) to pick up your lanyard, plastic insert and lunch wristband. Your ticket is your badge and must be always worn during the event. Onsite registration will use the Square App linked to Apple Pay or your credit card. This is a cashless symposium.

COVID PROTOCOL: Masks will be required at all indoor events.

Online registration is highly recommended. You will be able to plan, view and print your own agenda and registration card before arriving. Events and talks fill up quickly. Avoid being disappointed. Register early!

Admission Only: $20 ($15 for Harker students)
Coffee, tea, water available throughout the day
Snacks for sale. For your convenience, we will be using the Square app for all purchases made on campus. Cash is not required.

About the Event
Sponsored by Harker’s science departments and organized by the upper school’s Women in STEM Club (WiSTEM), this annual community event showcases the discoveries of Harker’s young scientists and alumni, honors the work of career scientists and entrepreneurs, and celebrates Silicon Valley’s innovative spirit. The event includes the following:
Dozens of talks by Regeneron, Synopsys participants
More than 60 poster sessions by middle and upper school students
Panel on technical writing, research internships and research competitions
Interactive displays by corporate and student exhibitors
STEM activities for TK and lower school students
Pre-registered interactive workshops for lower school students
Alumni panel offering DEI perspectives
