General Information
PARKING: Parking will be restricted to the parking spots available in the front loading zone at the upper school campus. If you are approaching the campus at 8:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m., the spaces will most likely be taken and it is recommended you drive to the middle school campus at 3800 Blackford Ave. Shuttles will run all day to and from the middle school campus for overflow parking starting at 7:30 a.m.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS: For security purposes, please print your ticket at home and bring it to the event.

THIS IS A GREEN SYMPOSIUM: In an effort to minimize disposable waste, please bring your reusable water bottle or travel mug.

REGISTRATION: Once on campus, please proceed to the registration area outside the Rothschild Performing Arts Center (starting at 7:30 a.m.) to pick up your lanyard and plastic insert. Your ticket is your badge and must be worn at all times during the event. Onsite registration requires cash or credit card only.

Online registration is highly recommended. You will be able to plan, view and print your own agenda and registration card before arriving. Events and talks fill up quickly. Avoid being disappointed. Register early!

Admission and Lunch: $25 ($20 for Harker students)
Admission Only: $20 ($15 for Harker students)
Coffee, tea, water available throughout the day
Items for sale (cash only): boba ($6); gelato ($6); mega cookie ($3); boba mugs ($10); pack of straws ($10)
Onsite Registration (April 13)
Admission and lunch: $30 ($25 for Harker students); admission only: $25 ($20 for Harker students); lunch purchased onsite: $15; snacks for sale.

About the Event
Organized by Harker’s Women in STEM Club (WiSTEM), this huge annual community event showcases the discoveries of Harker’s young scientists and alumni, honors the work of career scientists and entrepreneurs, and celebrates Silicon Valley’s innovative spirit. “We capitalize on Harker’s proximity to world class technology development to boost the symposium beyond a showcase for student projects into the realm of opening visitors’ minds to new ideas as they emerge,” noted Anita Chetty, science department chair and WiSTEM advisor. The event includes the following:

STEM activities for preschool and lower school students
