Below is the planned agenda for the evening. The Patil Theater showing will include a reveal of the theater’s features and some performances. Due to the capacity of the theater and our expected number of guests, there will be two seatings for the theater showing. You will be given a ticket at the event identifying which showing you will attend.

7:10 p.m. First Patil Theater showing. Guests not included in this seating may enjoy a self-guided tour of the Rothschild Performing Arts Center.

7:55 p.m. Second Patil Theater showing. Guests not included in this seating may enjoy a self-guided tour of the Rothschild Performing Arts Center.

Parking: There will be parking on the Saratoga campus on a first-come, first-served basis, with overflow parking at Blackford and shuttles running between them.
Dress is casual; please keep in mind that a portion of the event will take place outside, rain or shine, so guests should dress appropriately.
