MBS Direct operates an online bookstore for Harker. You can access this online bookstore from the Bookstore tile on the parent portal homepage, and it will be on the Back-to-School Hub, which will open June 5. Starting Fri., July 12, you can input your student’s Harker ID at this virtual bookstore and all the books you need for your student’s classes will appear. We realize some of you may purchase books by other means, so it is important to make sure that when buying a book, the ISBN number exactly matches the one on your book list – even numbers different by one digit will mean the incorrect book.
Textbook orders of more than $99 purchased between July 12-18 at 6 p.m. PST will receive free shipping from MBS Direct.
We have prepared a short simulation tutorial to walk you through the book-buying process with MBS. A hard copy cheat sheet is also available.

Dropping Off Books for MBS Buy-Back: Fri., May 31 from 12-2 p.m.
If you purchased books from MBS last year, you should have received information from them about how to drop your books off at Harker to facilitate MBS buy-back. As a reminder to that notice, drop-off day is Fri., May 31, 12-2 p.m. Be sure you have printed out the quote MBS provided you, and bring that along with the textbooks to the middle school receiving area or the upper school Rothschild Performing Arts Center lobby.
