Friday, Aug. 18, 2017 | 6:30 p.m. Athletic Center Opening Celebration Watch your inbox later this month for the invitation to the upcoming Athletics Center Opening Celebration on Friday, Aug. 18. Due to limited space and the use of shuttle buses, we will be asking guests to RSVP for this event. Festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. with food and drink on Davis Field, followed by an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and program inside the gym. We’ll round out the evening with music from our pep band, athletic exhibitions, and an open house of the new building. There will be no parking on the Saratoga campus. Please park at Blackford, and we will provide shuttles throughout the event. We could not have reached this point without your support, and we look forward to celebrating with you! It’s not too late to get a paving tile Donors who have made a contribution of $2,500 or more to the athletics and performing arts project will receive a paving tile in the new quad with their name on it. New or additional gifts may still be made online in order to meet this threshold. Paving tile forms are also available online and can be used to let us know how you’d like your name to appear on your tile. This opportunity is available through September 2017. Gifts of $2,500 and above qualify for a naming opportunity in the new buildings, as well as a paving tile in the central plaza. Additional gifts may be made online.
