Hundreds of members of our community took part in marking the opening of the athletic center on Aug. 18. This momentous event in our school’s history was a proud moment for us all!
The evening had a full range of emotions: school spirit from the athletes, cheerleaders and jazz band; excitement from the crowd; nostalgia from the alumni who came back; poignancy during the floor dedication; and a feeling of joy and appreciation for the donors and the people who made the new building possible through their efforts.
We saw a glimpse into the possibilities ahead, with bleachers packed with fans coming together to root for the home team. We look forward to the new school year and the opportunities it will bring in all areas, including a new performing arts center this winter!

We still need additional support to complete the construction, and it’s not too late to participate in this project. Gifts of $2,500 and above qualify for a naming opportunity in the new buildings, as well as a paving tile in the central plaza. Gifts may be made online.
