Hey, Harker, come on out and cheer for our own Joelle Anderson ’17 and her teammates as the National Women’s Soccer League’s Bay FC takes on the Chicago Red Stars!
Joelle joins the ranks of Maverick McNealy ’13 (golf) and Tanya Schmidt ’08 (volleyball), who went on from Harker to play professional sports. She joined this history-making Bay Area team for their inaugural year this year, and we are proud and excited to have her playing locally so that we can cheer her on!
Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area and is co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends: Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton and Leslie Osborne. Learn more about Bay FC.
