To the Greater Harker Community,
As previewed in the past weeks, the window is now open to complete the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Assessment of Inclusion and Multiculturalism (AIM) survey for Harker! The survey will remain open through Jan. 29 and is intended to gauge and improve the inclusiveness of our school community for all members.

Please be assured that your participation is anonymous and fully confidential, and no personal information has been shared with NAIS as part of this process. The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Here are a few other things to keep in mind as you progress through the survey:
The survey can be completed on a laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone. It is best suited to Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari browsers.
You must complete all the required questions (marked with a red asterisk) in order to advance through the survey.
Please use the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of each page to move through the survey.
The system will record your responses as you advance through the questions. You can leave the survey at any time and return later to resume by clicking Save and Resume Later. The system will generate a URL for you to use in returning to the point where you left off. You can choose to copy that URL and save it, or to have the system email the URL to you.
An earlier email from us included some terminology for your reference. NAIS has also included a link to that terminology within the survey.
We will send a couple of reminders during the survey period, and a final notification when it is closed that will provide a bit more information about when and how we may share some elements of the results with you.
For alumni/ae, teachers, staff: The survey will ask you for your affiliated constituency with Harker. Some of you may be parents, but for the purposes of the survey, please identify yourself as alumni/ae, teachers or staff so that we can categorize your responses in that way.
