Dear Harker families – 
The annual Back-to-School Hub is now open in the parent and student portals. 
It contains all of the information you need for the coming school year, such as supply lists, uniform/dress requirements, required student summer reading, and much more, specific to your division. BEST after-school sign-up information will be posted there as it becomes available, as well.

Important dates and deadlines:
bullet Mon., July 8: MBS bookstore opens
bullet Thurs., Aug. 1: 2019-20 school year forms due
The 'Family & Student Info' tile is closed for July.
We are converting to better software for our student information system for the coming school year, and the “Family & Student Information” tile in the portal will be closed after June 30 while we undergo the transition. The following will NOT be available from July 1-Aug. 1:
bullet updating family information
bullet accessing gradebooks and report cards
bullet unofficial transcripts
We encourage you to make any needed updates to your family information before June 30 so that the new information rolls over into our new system. If you have a change after that date, please put the information in this form and it will be held and updated for you in August. If you need to view gradebooks and report cards, also do so before June 30. Once the transition is complete on Aug. 1 you will once again be able to update your family information and view future report cards and gradebooks.
